Shipping policy

We deliver domestically (Switzerland and Lichtenstein), the EU and internationally (all other countries).

Please be aware that depending on your location, import duties, customs and local sales taxes may apply which you are liable for. 

Domestic orders (Switzerland and Liechtenstein) will be shipped within 3 working days via Swiss Post. Shipping fees are 3.50Fr.

For EU and international orders different shipping fees apply depening of package weight.

Sometimes inventory may be deviating. In case items are not in stock and cannot be shipped, you will be notified as soon as possible.

In the case of transport damage please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
